Vikas began his journey in 2008 with a degree in Hospitality from Chitkara School of Hospitality. He pursued an MBA in Hospitality in the United Kingdom in 2010 and gained experience with renowned brands like Wetherspoon Pubs & Restaurants, progressing to the role of Restaurant Manager.

Returning to India in 2013, he continued as a Restaurant Manager for two years before transitioning to Consulting. Joining Eclat Hospitality in 2015 as a Recruitment Associate, Vikas has since advanced to the position of Director of International Placements. His enduring passion for the industry led him to launch his podcast, Hospetalk with Vikas Mehra: Hospitality Podcast Show, in 2024.

Vikas has continued to focus on relationships and amplifying voices through the powerful medium of podcasting.
